A summer home wanting a view of Lake Michigan while being positioned 1,000 feet away in an association of many homes. We decided, because of the best view angle, to position the home at a 45 degree angle to the street. This provided two walls with views toward the lake. The design included upper master suite with large second level deck and a third level den/study area which also had a deck for sitting and enjoying the view of Lake Michigan.
