The township was outgrowing its office and needed to expand. The Hall was built in the 70s with a roof design which reflected its age. Jamestown Township wanted to update the facilities appearance and expand the building without breaking their budget. An addition housing two offices and a conference room was designed along with an expanded reception area with new inviting reception counter. A completely new rear entrance was also designed as the existing entrance was settling unevenly into the ground. The client’s budget was met and the design satisfied additional item over and above the original needs of the client.
