We began this project by converting two bedrooms and bath into one master bedroom suite with sauna, dressing and make up areas, and a walk-in closet. Phase two included both remodeling and additions to a small main entry, laundry and garage. We created a large main entry with covered walkway, larger laundry, third garage stall and a total redesign of the home’s exterior appearance. The third phase was the creation of a home theater room in the lower level including stadium risers, plush theater seating, sound/projection systems and acoustical treatment to improve listening pleasure.
